The hotel was situated near a Ginza line, very convenient for exploring Tokyo, and offered excellent service. The rooms were small but met our needs. The dining experience was simple but tasty, with limited options. The location was perfect for accessing Tokyo sites via the metro.

The hotel was very clean and quiet, albeit a bit small in size, which is understandable for its value. The breakfast was average. However, my room was forcibly changed without permission upon my return on 13th Oct 2019. The hotel's Wi-Fi was only available in the lobby and not in the rooms.

The hotel offers neat and clean rooms with the standard Tokyo style, resembling guest house accommodations with only one pillow. The service is impeccable, from freshly brewed coffee to the passionate staff ready to assist in English. The location is prime, conveniently situated at the center of Tokyo near major Shibuya and Shinjuku areas. The dining options are short but delicious, reflecting the local flavors. The facilities are well-maintained and welcoming, ensuring a comfortable stay.
